Ceremony Arch Set Boho Macrame
We provide you with the right decoration for your event. The decorative elements are rented. The package includes the organization, preparation, delivery, collection and cleaning.

Construction and delivery:The decoration will be delivered by appointment before the event start. Depending on the scope, at least 1-3 hours or more must be calculated on site for the construction.
Collection of items:The items are removed after the respective part of the event (e.g. after the ceremony when the guests are no longer there and e.g. at dinner). If dismantling would impair the appearance of the event, we will wait until the end of the event or dismantle on the following day by arrangement. If significant additional work is incurred due to dismantling on the following day, travel costs and staff may be charged additionally. Within a radius of 30 kilometers, dismantling is possible on the following day free of charge.
Access:The client guarantees that Luxury Home Mallorca SL has access to the agreed locations and locations and that there is sufficient time for assembly and dismantling.
The client commissions the Luxury Home Mallorca SL agency, represented by Mareike Jakél, with the decorative services described in the offer.
By making the payment, the client agrees to the information and general terms and conditions as well as the offer. The order begins with the receipt of payment.
Decoration Items:The decorative items that are named in the offer, such as vases, lanterns, seat cushions, torches, lighting, party boxes, etcrentedand understand each othernot as a purchase price. If items are damaged or lost, they must be replaced. The prices include the costs of delivery, organization and cleaning.
Deposit:For orders from 900 € - A deposit of 350 € is deposited in advance for the decorative items, which is paid back when the items are picked up.
Protection of objects:(If the Luxury Home Mallorca SL team is not on site): The client confirms that he will protect the jukebox or all other moisture-sensitive objects from rain and moisture and will leave it dry (interior) overnight.
Torches / LED / decorative items / pampas grass (if the Luxury Home Mallorca SL team is not on site):
In the event of heavy rain, the client will store the items/protect them from the rain.
If the objects are damaged by rain, moisture or other weather influences, the client will replace them.
Concept and implementation:The images in the offer give an approximate impression of the supplied decoration and the concept. We will orient ourselves as closely as possible to your wishes and ideas. Each decoration is individual and is created on site in a personalized way. Adjustments are made depending on the location and circumstances. The decoration includes both natural and synthetic flowers, wax candles and LED candles.
Force majeure:Luxury Home Mallorca SL is not liable for performance disruptions due to force majeure or circumstances for which it is not responsible. And not for aggravation, danger or impairment of a significant kind, in particular not due to unforeseeable circumstances such as e.g. B. Obstruction by state organs or other persons, road blockades or quarantine measures, entry requirements...etc.
Meals:From a working time of more than 5 hours on the day of the event, the client agrees to take over the catering of the respective employees. Usually this amounts to around €30-50 per person.
updates:The client agrees, Feedbacks, changes or news that are important for the decoration planning, supervision or follow-up, always promptly communicated and to exchange ideas with Luxury Home Mallorca SL to participate in the necessary emails and telephone calls accordingly. The client must transmit the finale number of guests no later than 3 weeks before the day of the event (should this be relevant for the decoration). Seating plans or other special requests from clients and guests will also be submitted no later than 3 weeks before the day of the event.
Liability:The Haftung von Luxury Home Mallorca SL - with the exception of cases of intent and gross negligence - is excluded. Luxury Home Mallorca SL accepts no liability for loss or damage to property belonging to clients or guests.
Luxury Home Mallorca SL is also not liable for third parties or commissioned companies. The client undertakes to indemnify the agency against any claims for damages by third parties arising from or in connection with the organization/decoration of the event. All processes are coordinated to the best of our knowledge and belief.
Rebooking:If the date already set is to be moved to a new date due to force majeure or other circumstances, the rebooking more than 6 months before the date remains free of charge. Between 6 months and 1 month a fee of 10% of the order volume is calculated. Less than 1 month before the event - 20% of the order volume and the client reimburses costs that have already arisen through acquisitions, purchases, etc. for the event. If Luxury Home Mallorca SL has no availability on the new date, the deposit can of course be offset as a voucher. Termination: If the client wishes to terminate the agreement prematurely or the event cannot take place, the expenses incurred up to that point and the expenses of Luxury Home Mallorca SL will be charged. The agency has the right to terminate the contract if agreed installments are not paid by the client by the due date or for an important reason.
Cancellation:If the event is completely canceled, a service fee of €250 + VAT will be agreed for the administrative cancellation of the service and the client will reimburse costs that have already been incurred through acquisitions, purchases, etc. for the event. If the notice period is less than 10 days before the event, Luxury Home Mallorca SL will receive 70% of the agreed flat rate.
Disputes:We will always try to find a common solution and invite you to a harmonious conversation. In the event that this should not be possible, the place of jurisdiction and performance is Palma de Mallorca - Islas Baleares.
final provision:Should one or more provisions of this agreement between Luxury Home Mallorca SL and the client be or become invalid, the effectiveness of all other provisions or agreements is not affected. Rather, instead of the invalid provision, a regulation should apply that corresponds to the economic sense and purpose of the invalid provision in a legally permissible manner.
