Construction and delivery:The decoration will be delivered by appointment before the event starts. Depending on the scope, it will take at least 1-3 hours or more to set up on site.

Collection of items: The items are dismantled after the respective part of the event (e.g. after the ceremony when the guests are no longer at the location and are at dinner, for example). If dismantling would visually impair the event, it will be waited until the end of the event or, by arrangement, dismantled the following day. If a significant additional expense is incurred due to dismantling the following day, travel costs and personnel may be charged additionally. Dismantling the following day is possible free of charge within a radius of 30 kilometers.

Access: The client guarantees that Luxury Home Mallorca SL has access to the agreed locations and locations and that sufficient time is available for set-up and dismantling.

The client commissions the agency Luxury Home Mallorca SL, represented by Mareike Jakél, with the decorative services described in the offer.

By making the payment, the client agrees to the instructions and terms and conditions as well as the offer. The order begins when the payment is received.

Decorative items:The decorative items named in the offer such as vases, lanterns, seat cushions, torches, lighting, party boxes, etc. arerented and understand each othernot as a purchase price. If items are damaged or lost, they must be replaced. The prices include the costs of delivery, organization and cleaning.

Deposit: For orders over €900 - a deposit of €350 is required in advance for the decorative items, which will be paid back when the items are picked up. 

Protection of items:(If the Luxury Home Mallorca SL team is not on site): The client confirms that he will in particular protect the music box or all other moisture-sensitive items from rain and moisture and leave them dry (interior) overnight.

Torches/LED/Decorative items/Pampas grass (If the Luxury Home Mallorca SL team is not on site): 

In the event of heavy rain, the items will be sheltered/protected from rain by the client.

If the items are damaged by rain, moisture or other weather influences, the client will replace them.

Concept and implementation: The images in the offer give an approximate impression of the decoration delivered and the concept. We will focus as closely as possible on your wishes and ideas. Each decoration is individual and is personalized on site. Adjustments will be made depending on the location and circumstances. The decoration includes both natural flowers and synthetic flowers, wax candles and LED candles.

Force majeure:Luxury Home Mallorca SL is not liable for disruptions in performance due to force majeure or circumstances for which it is not responsible. Nor for any aggravation, endangerment or impairment of a significant nature, in particular not due to unforeseeable circumstances such as: B. Obstruction by state organs or other people, road blockades or quarantine measures, entry regulations... etc.

Food: If the working time exceeds 5 hours on the day of the event, the client agrees to provide meals for the respective employees. This usually amounts to around €30-50 per person.

Updates: The client agrees to always communicate feedback, changes or news that are important for the decoration planning, support or follow-up in a timely manner and to participate in the exchange with Luxury Home Mallorca SL of necessary emails and telephone calls. The Clients submit the final number of guests no later than 3 weeks before the day of the event (if this is relevant for the decoration). Seating plans or other special requests from the client and guests will also be presented no later than 3 weeks before the day of the event.

Liability:The liability of Luxury Home Mallorca SL - with the exception of cases of intent and gross negligence - is excluded. Luxury Home Mallorca SL assumes no liability for loss or damage to items belonging to clients or guests. 

Luxury Home Mallorca SL is also not liable for third parties or commissioned companies. The client undertakes to indemnify the agency from all possible claims for damages from third parties arising from or in connection with the organization/decoration of the event. All processes are coordinated to the best of our knowledge and belief.

Rebooking: If the already set date is to be changed to a new date due to force majeure or other circumstances, rebooking more than 6 months before the date remains free of charge. Between 6 months and 1 month a fee of 10% of the order volume will be charged. Less than 1 month before the event - 20% of the order volume and the client reimburses costs that have already been incurred through purchases, etc. for the event. If Luxury Home Mallorca SL is not available on the new date, the deposit can of course be used as a voucher. Termination: If the client wishes to terminate the agreement prematurely or the event cannot take place, Luxury Home Mallorca SL will be invoiced for the effort and expenses incurred up to that point. The agency has the right to terminate the contract if agreed partial payments are not paid by the client on the due date or for good cause.

Cancellation: If the event is canceled completely, a service fee of €250 + VAT will be agreed for the administrative cancellation of the service and the client will reimburse costs that have already been incurred through purchases, purchases, etc. for the event. If the notice period is less than 10 days before the event, Luxury Home Mallorca SL will receive 70% of the agreed flat rate.

Disputes: We will always try to find a common solution and invite you to a harmonious conversation. In the event that this is not possible, the place of jurisdiction and fulfillment is Palma de Mallorca - Islas Baleares.

Final provision: Should one or more provisions of this agreement between Luxury Home Mallorca SL and the client be or become ineffective, this will not affect the effectiveness of all other provisions or agreements. Instead of the invalid provision, a regulation should apply that corresponds in a legally permissible manner to the economic meaning and purpose of the invalid provision.
